Performances - Acting

Eligibility & Format

The areas for submission in this category are:

- solo performance (e.g. monologues, recitals etc)

- group performance (1 person must submit this on behalf of the group)

- directed piece (this must be your own work e.g. adaptations, original work, sketches)
- Radio drama (music be complete with performance to accompany)

You may enter one submission for each of these categories.

 Submissions to the 'Performances - Acting' category must be:

- up to 10:00 minutes in length

- must be a video piece for review

- pieces must be completed in full (no works in progress)

- Audio/videos can be submitted on this blog by posting a link (YouTube, Vimeo etc) into the comment box below or on DVD and hard drive transfer.

- You must specify your category in your comment.

- Submissions must be made by the 9th May 00:59 GMT. 

Submissions must include a name, course title/year and the link to your work. 
         e.g. Jess Ing, HND Year 2, Director/Solo/Group www.youtube.com/link

Selection

Submissions are reviewed and selected under the following criteria:
- Quality of delivered piece; emotive, physical, engaging attributes.

(Pieces that are selected will be performed live during the festival).

MMPA endeavours to complete all selection procedures as soon as possible after the submission deadline and inform all submitting parties, in writing, if their film has been successful or not after that time.
